When you come to Altamirano Chiropractic you can expect the highest degree of care and concern for your therapeutic needs.

What to expect when you visit us:
Our office wants you to have nothing less but a positive experience.  Our staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to assist you with your needs.  We also want to provide our patients with specific care, tailored to your particular needs.  You will be asked to complete a brief patient survey to help us know more about your concerns and reason for the visit.  The questionnaire will help Dr. S. Altamirano, D.C. determine your care program.  Our staff will also help you with your insurance billing and questions.  Please be aware that not all services offered by our facility will be covered by your insurance carrier.  Coverage varies by carrier and we will be happy to help you determine which services are covered by your insurance company.

Dr. Altamirano will consult with you by reviewing your health history and current symptoms.  He will discuss treatment options with you and give you an opportunity to ask questions.  Our objective is to listen to our patients and give them clear, easy-to-understand answers, while providing the best health care possible.

An examination to determine the cause of your symptoms will follow.  During the examination, Dr. Altamirano will perform a variety of tests to find the cause and best course of treatment for most ailments that you may present with.  X-Rays may or may not be necessary.  Dr. Altamirano will determine if you will require X-Rays.

Please plan to spend 60-90 minutes with us during your first visit to allow proper diagnosing, treatment and follow-up instruction for your recovery process.  We know that your time is valuable and we strive to minimize the time you must take out of your busy schedule to improve your health.  An average future visit will typically last 30-45 minutes depending on the treatment protocol specifically tailored to your care.

Payment for services
Payments not covered by your health care insurance and co-payments are due at the time services are rendered.  We accept cash, personal checks and gift cards.

Our office is happy to contact your insurance carrier regarding coverage of services.  Many insurance providers only cover some Chiropractic services.  Please be assured that our main goal is to provide you with Chiropractic health care and we will make every effort to minimize the cost to you.  We understand and respect that financial responsibility rests with each patient so, please feel confident that we will not provide any services without first letting you know what is and what is not covered by your insurance plan. 

We are pleased to offer affordable payment plans to our cash patients.  Please do not feel that you need to continue to live with pain because you either do not have coverage or your health care insurance carrier will not cover a particular necessary treatment.  Our primary concern is our patients' well-being.  Please feel free, and we encourage you to discuss any financial concerns that you may have with our office staff.  Thank you.

Fruit and Herb Water and Herbal Teas
Our facility provides chilled fresh fruit and herb waters from Hailey's cafe.  Hot herbal teas are also offered for a relaxing experience.

Massage Therapy
Our massage therapists are licensed and highly experienced in the art of healing care.  We specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sport and Fitness, Pregnancy and Hot Stone massage.

Steam Room and Rain Showers
Our private steam room offers the ultimate in healing and relaxation. It helps with respiration, improves circulation and decreases accumulation of toxins via perspiration. Our men's and women's restrooms are each equipped with rain shower features, to help wash away your day's pressures and stress.

Men's and Women's Changing Rooms and Private Showers
We are proud to offer luxurious privacy with separate changing and shower areas for men and women.  Each room is conveniently stocked with toiletries and other necessities to make your visit more pleasant.  We supply our guests with robes, slippers and towels for use during their visits.

Private Lounge
Our lounge is a well-appointed, tranquil waiting area for spa guests to relax in or while waiting in between scheduled services.  It is stocked with Fruit and Herb Water from Hailey's, as well as portable, chilled water-bottles.

Hailey's Spa Lunch Special
Make the most of your lunch hour by scheduling a massage or other service with our facility and allow our friendly staff to place a to-go lunch order from Hailey's satisfying and healthy menu.  You will receive a 10% discount for orders placed by our facility.  Your order will be prepared fresh to order and arrive 5-minutes before your service is scheduled to end.  It will be waiting for you at the front desk.  Please refer to the Hailey's Menu tab for a list of your delicious choices.

Valuables
You are responsible for your valuables.  Keys are provided for safekeeping to a locker storage in the changing rooms.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  We accept cash, personal checks and gift cards.
